Hotel a Hillsville

“It was the second time I stayed there and the breakfast is good. However, both times the shower floor is so slippery that I had to put a towel on it so I wouldn’t fall. Other than that it is a really nice place to stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay and everything went well with staff, clean room, and parking. It might be helpful if you had more than 1 luggage cart.”

“Place was fine Cindy was delightful. Great views of the mountains on top of that Hill. Surprisingly clean some things could use touch up but the bed was comfortable and happy with my stay for me and my service puppy. She absolutely loved it”

“The room was possibly in the midst of renovation. Surfaces did not feel clean. No coffee. Small bath towels. The motel was mostly vacant. I don't think I will stay there again.”

“Breakfast was not that good. Bread for toast was hard, potatoes had to much paprika on them and the bacon was way over cooked.”

“Air conditioner in room was not effective / didn't blow cold. Gaps along frame of door that allowed a lot of hot air in. Bed side tables were dirty. Chair in room was badly soiled on the cushion. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel because it was so bad.”

“I would say it is a place to sleep for the night. Basic room, could have been cleaner. Wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great either. I would not stay there again.”

“Upon check in there were 2 police officers in the lobby responding to a domestic issue which gave us an unsafe feeling. We arrived at night and exterior was poorly lit. Check in was fine, no issues, key worked in our door, front desk clerk appearance was disheveled. The air quality in the room was poor. Air conditioning worked fine. Spiderwebs in the bathtub. Stains in the toilet. Old decor. Towels were pool towels with the blue stripe down the middle and worn out. Breakfast was cold cereal,...

“Rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable”

“AC was completely turned off so it was 83 degrees when we walked into our room at nearly 10pm after driving all afternoon. Good news is that the AC did cool down the room within a few hours but it was a rough start to get to sleep. Bathroom seemed very clean, but there was some food debris on the floor in the room and a bit of hair on the sheets. Pillows were quite flat. We didn’t use any amenities as we just slept and left in the morning as we were passing through so can’t speak to that. Seemed...
