Hotel a Woodlawn

“When I checked in I was given a room number and key card and upon opening my assigned room I was greeted to a man sleeping on the bed. He then woke up and started screaming. Apparently there was a mistake and I was given an occupied room and the card to a room that was occupied. The mistake was made right but that experience was a little disturbing for a solo 19 year old girl traveling late at night. Overall room was not horrible but that experience was not very pleasant and I would not stay at...

“Our room had a musty odor when we arrived and some big pieces of lint on the bathroom floor, but the housekeeper Crystal came right away and sprayed some Febreze and cleaned the bathroom floor. She was great! The breakfast was nice though and lots of choices including eggs, fruit, and yogurt. It was a good location and was quiet.”

“Pretty disappointed with the room. There were two large areas of the carpet still saturated with dog urine and the room smelled. The hotel staff were reluctant to give us another room initially but did finally switch rooms. The bathroom had black hair and powder on the floor from previous occupants. We don’t think we will choose Spark-Hilton again.”
