The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received. “Right off the exit and helps to get back on route”

“The toilet seat was broken, they hid the blow dryer in a bottom dresser drawer. Had to ask where it was. Found a bag of tortillas in that dresser. They had a iron but no ironing board again good had to ask. Ran out of breakfast had to ask for more. Not a good experience. Will not book again.”

“Wonderful area, lots to do & see. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. So very quiet up there, large porch, lots of rocking chairs & a swing. They had a spacious interior(living room & separate dining room), library with puzzles & games. Good Coffee & tea Excellent food! Staff was personable but were careful to give you space. Can't wait to go back!”

“We came with our lab and we were very amazed with all the comfort and amenities for the dogs. We also really enjoyed the pool with our 10 year old son. Breakfast was very delicious.”

“Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.”
