“Has all amenities. Pet friendly but also has rooms where pets aren’t allowed for people with pet allergies. Nice, modern. ”

“We stayed for a quick overnight stop on our way to Pennsylvania. The hotel has been updated and was pretty clean. The rooms are really small for a family of 4. The ground were well kept but the buildings are clearly really old so there's only so much you can do to update them. We ended up not eating breakfast there because they didn't have decaf coffee and the food didn't look that great. This hotel is good for a pit stop but nothing to write home about.”

“This hotel was Disgusting and the staff was so rude. They wouldn’t allow us to have our dog in the “suite” room so her crate had to be in front of the door which was an extreme fire safety hazard for us. We traveled with 5 kids and i felt like we were all going to leave with bedbugs. Beds were so uncomfortable and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Would never stay again and would never recommend to anyone.”

“Fine for the price. The common areas has sticky stuff spilled on the floors in different locations and they were not cleaned up for duration of stay. Room was pretty clean but did need to wipe up hair on floor by vanity. Breakfast has a nice variety and was well stocked with plenty of seating options. Common areas in hotel were VERY warm and smelled like smoke. Temperature in room was very warm and hard to regulate. Beds were comfortable. ”

“The staff at this location are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, which was appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was in decent shape, clean bedding and bathroom. The room was surprisingly quiet, and the A/C worked great! It was a safe and decent place to stop overnight on a long roadtrip. ”

“We had a very nice stay. Love the pool table, water station, grounds that are dog friendly, bedding, shower. Breakfast had 2 pancake stations. Ok selection. Coffee anytime. Nice 1/2 drive to Floyd. Will stay again. Tru is always dog friendly without an extra charge. ”

“Unlike many other La Quintas visited, Radford is a bit run-down, needing a makeover. Most of the usual La Quinta expectations were met: clean & comfortable. But the overall condition needs a facelift to stay in line with usual expectations.”

“The hotel was under construction. There was dirty water in the ice bucket from the previous person that stayed in the room. The carpets were not vacuumed. The tub did not drain. The staff was great, but the facilities were terrible.”
