“The proper tea was well furnished and easy to find. There was lots of things to do on the property and it was located 30 minutes from Busch Gardens. We had a great time.”

“Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best...

“From beginning of check in to checking out everything was easy, staff couldnt be any more friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed very comfortable. Our teenager's said sofa bed wasn't comfortable but they managed to sleep. Lol. Kitchenette was great. Spent a great deal of our time participating in the amenities that are avaliable and there was a lot. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Size of room, very good for two people. Housekeeping was outstanding, fresh towels each day, our bed was made daily, trash removed. Free hot breakfast each morning, added bonus. Very friendly staff. The hotel was so clean and well maintained, would definitely recommend this hotel.”
