Hotel a Prince George

“I chose a king room but got a room with 2 beds. It was only me but it annoyed me. The hotel is somehow connected to Mainstay Suites and I had to call to find out how to check in as I couldn't find an entrance. My room had no tissues, a broken toilet paper holder, and no nightstand between the beds. The entrance to the building had large bags of either trash or laundry outside the door. The floor I was on had construction on one end. There was dust and dirt when entering the building. The...

“There is no soundproofing in this hotel. There were people yelling most of the night. Kids screeching and running and stomping. Door slamming. It was absolutely awful. ”

“Air conditioner good. Bed creaked so badly we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. Flood lights shone through windows with difficulty drawing curtains and blinds inoperable. Bath clean and supplied. Furniture worn and needs repair. Hair dryer very old and weak. Noise from below invaded. Nice try for history but not worth the price. ”

“Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands ”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“The hotel offers breakfast, but today they did not have hot food simply because the container that keeps the food warm was not working. I wonder how a hotel could not have other alternatives for theirs guests.”

“It's definitely one of the more modernized hotel options in Richmond. I do miss their breakfast buffet which was very good and quick to grab a bite.”

“Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better.”
