“This hotel was perfect for my needs close stay to the airport and easy early rental return for my flight back home. Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. Check out was even easier with Sharon she was so sweet and i just loved her i would bring her back with me lol. “The hotel exceeded our expectations! So glad we stayed there for the night.”

“I checked in around 3 pm. A female receptionist came out as soon as I enter the lobby. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. I did not receive welcome gifts. The next morning there were bunch of welcome bags sitting the back of the front desk so definitely not out of stock. I do not know why the receptionist did not give to me. I was charged $20 when checked in and told that it will be refunded at the time of check out. When checking out, I was told that it will take a couple of days. Now I have to...

“Clean room, smelled good. Nice stay. I was pleasantly surprised. And free breakfast. Waffles, sausage and potatoes and eggs were delicious!”

“The hotel was convenient for us on a long trip from north to south and had rooms available when we were ready to stop. The price was reasonable.”

“Clean room”

“The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot.”

“I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again.”

“Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Mattress needed replaced. It slanted like it was well worn. My back and neck are sore. ”

“For a quick overnight stay, this place will do ok. But, I would caution any female traveling alone to stay elsewhere. It is a bit sketchy at night. I do have to say that the staff was very nice and helpful.”

“rooms were clean and tidy. Staff & customer service was excellent. The pancake waffle unit was out of service- how difficult is it to get a replacement unit on site?. My granddaughter was disappointed and we went elsewhere for breakfast. breakfast as an amenity is part of the reason we choose holiday inn express. a protocol to get units repaired or replaced "quickly" should be instituted and customers should be made aware of the issue during check in. Thanks”
