“I recently stayed and had 2 rooms under my reservation. One of my rooms bathroom had no hot water and my toilet didnt work despite my many attempts to contact someone nothing was fixed. My balcony door was locked i also mentioned that so I had no access to my balcony. I stayed a week and none of my issues was addressed nor fixed.”
