“Pool was closed for repairs. Not that big of a deal. Front counter was a bunch of getto ass blacks stealing hotel blind. Valet was nice though.”

“This hotel is very nice and well maintained. Love the beach access and the valet parking. The oceanfront balcony rooms are a must. The bar area has a very nice vibe and nights when Dj is there the music selections are very good. I also love that its only minutes from delicious breakfast at Pocahontas restaurant.”

“Since the ocean was too cold to swim in, it was great to have two outdoor and one indoor pool to play in. The view from the 11th floor was also incredible (if you can wake up early, you can see a beautiful sunrise). All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do to keep a 5-year-old occupied throughout our time, including the daily activities.”

“Front Desk manager was so helpful and kind. Rooms are pretty dated but clean. Good location. Probably best for younger crowd.”

“When we got there we were told that we couldn’t check in until 1pm, which was fine, We just went to the beach. Then I go back and I was told that it would be at 2 pm, so I then go back to the beach and return after 2pm and was told that because housekeeping was behind I could check in until 3 pm. I didn’t get into the room until after 3pm which was an entire day that I didn’t have access to the room but got charged for it. That’s unacceptable.”

“The suite was perfectly clean and spacious. It had a great view and the balcony was awesome to enjoy the sound and sights of the beach from our room. The included breakfast was good. The manager was not the nicest or friendliest lady. The pool was super cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool so we did not use it. the property could use some maintenance -like the floor in the elevators were falling apart, the doors to the ocean front from the lobby were broken.
