“Denied option to PAY for late check-out even though I asked 2 days in advance. If you check-in on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday be prepared to wait for a LONG TIME. Unloading at the curb is not an option. You will be hauling your luggage through the parking garage and waiting even longer to use the parking garage elevator. I understand that this is the beach but the parking garage elevator hasn't been cleaned in months and has a horrible stench.”

However, checking in with the night crew was a disaster. I had to wait almost thirty mins for Todd to check in the guest before me. Then he checked me into the wrong room and told me that was the only room available. When I finally got to the room the door wouldn't accept the key.
