“Staff were generally very helpful. Check in is very slow, no fault for the staff, they need to do a much better job of speeding up the checking process. Our room is clean but definitely updating is needed. The vanity in the bathroom looks like it’s from 30 years ago with missing decorative knobs. Looks like it’s made out of cheap plywood that they painted which is unacceptable for this property. We were also woken up at 7 AM by landscapers trimming the hedges that lasted until around nine....

“My husband and I loved the property. Robert came out to greet us when we pulled in. He was very personable, friendly and helpful with our bags and parking instructions. I can say the same about the representative who checked us in but I don’t know his name. The bartender in the bar was great. Overall, we had a very nice stay. “Waited 1.5 hrs for our room. No wifi the whole stay. And the balcony was facing another building technically you could see the ocean and beach but it was so loud and extra hot due to the ac condenser blowing hot air onto the small balcony. When told about the issues the hotel told me they were short staffed and offered me a 90 min timeshare presentation to make it right because taking up more of my time is obviously what I needed. In conclusion I wouldnt stay there again and would not recommend...
