“Overall, our stay was good. We stayed in the smaller building, not the main tall building, and unfortunately some of the rooms had a very strong odor that was unbearable. The staff was helpful and worked with us to switch rooms, which we appreciated. However, the new room had some bathroom issues, so the stay was not as smooth as we hoped. The staff’s response was positive, but the hotel should definitely address the odor and maintenance issues in the smaller building.”
