“Hotel stay was safe & comfortable. I had booked through 3rd party site therefore was not aware of the $10 a day parking fee. The hotel is in a great spot, Walmart right next door, 2 min walk and all kinds of shopping as well as eateries all within the same area. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and changed up the next day. Buffet style. Very enjoyable. My room had a sofa bed and it was weird that when you open it up, it lays out onto the floor instead of being up on legs off the floor...

“All good but time to get a new rug or flooring. Bed was comfy room was clean bathroom extremely clean. A/C was quiet Was going to say shower was a little slippery but saw the bath mat after my shower. My fault but could be more visible. Great for a nights stay even with $5 parking fee.”

“To Expedia Customer Support, I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Petersburg, Virginia, with my three children, and the experience was very disappointing. When we went to the pool, which was a big reason we booked the stay, we found a Band-Aid, toenail clippings, hair, spiders, and a film-like layer on the water. My kids were disgusted and we had to leave. The problems continued in the room. The sofa bed had trash and chip bags underneath it. No fresh linens were provided for that bed...

“Booked very last minute...same day. And everything was ready when I arrived. It was clean, the room was spacious and even had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was pleasant and I was pleased with my overall stay. Hilton for the win!”
