“There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. ”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Another great stay at this hotel. The host at check in and check out is so friendly and efficient. We jawed about racing and her love of the Carolina Panthers. Extremely clean room, everything worked, cold AC, and plenty of high pressure hot water for a relaxing shower. Hotel is fairly close to I95 but it's very quiet. Breakfast is standard continental fare but the next time NASCAR is back in Richmond I'll be back at this hotel. THANK YOU!”

“I left a review before and was very upset. But I will say this time was much better than before. It’s very convenient and very clean and comfortable. It’s very affordable and I apologize for leaving a review when I was angry. The rules are the rules and if there is ever another time. I will check out then check back in. It is an older facility, and I believe the pricing should be lower, as it does not reflect the value provided. Additionally, there is no breakfast included. “The clerk was very friendly, but the property is dated, the window a/c loud, the large window with brilliant lighting, and one of our two trims was dirty with a cockroach in the corner. At the same time, it was a very reasonable rate, but you get what you pay for.”

“I stayed for only one night but during that time there was a huge thunderstorm with tons of rain. I was on the first floor and suddenly noticed there was tons of water on the floor by the door. I tried to soak it up with a towel. Didnt help much. Then i was walking around barefoot and my feet were gross and dirty afterwards. Please mop the floors!! Bed wasnt bad and shower was alright. I wouldn't stay here again though.”
