“Overall our stay was good! Close to meadow event park! Beds were clean and comfy. Unfortunately the pool was closed”

“This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!”

“The outside may not appear impressive, but it actually is. Its just old, but the possibilities atr endless . The room was WONDERFUL. Staff was friendly and accommodating. ”

“i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...

“The air condition/heater unit had missing buttons so I couldn't adjust it. A maintenance man finally came to fix it. The bathtub was INCREDIBLY slippery. I'm amazed that motels allow this; I can easily see people having lawsuits against unsafe tubs. The hot water in the shower was at a medium temperature, at best. I couldn't take a hot shower because of that. The desk clerk was perfectly polite, but when I asked if there were any compensations for the inconveniences of the room, he said,...

“The property was clean, convenient to I95, and close to a few restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both thought the breakfast was better than average with good variety and reasonable freshness. ”

“Was a first class hotel and is now in poor condition, the owners need to spend some $ the golf course next store is closed and nothing but weeds and cut down trees. Most staff are very nice.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“There’s no 24/7 front desk, elevator was not working ( don’t know for how long). My room was in the fourth floor ! . The stairs are dirty. The hallway stinks with cigarette smoke. The lightbulbs on my nightstand were not working. The bed is not comfortable.”

“Floors were awful ! Sticking stuff and hair. The toilet wouldn’t flush my husband had to take the lid off and get it working again. And wow the backside is the hotel is noisy . Maybe some. Thick curtains would help. Also an in room coffee maker the coffee in the lobby is barely warm. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but def work on cleaning the floors and I’d request the opposite side of the hotel. Employee on duty was very nice and professional. ”
