I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t live up to the high-end marketing. While the aesthetic has potential, the overall vibe was "meh" at best, and one specific interaction completely soured the visit.
The Atmosphere
The promotional photos definitely do some heavy lifting. While the space is clean, it lacks the "luxury" polish advertised. It felt more like a standard mid-range venue trying a bit too hard—I was expecting for the price point.
The Dealbreaker: Staff Interaction
A luxury experience is defined by the service, and that’s where things fell apart. While most of the team was perfectly fine, one staff member managed to ruin it. Her attitude was dismissive and rude; it felt like a basic request was a massive inconvenience to her when there were plenty of help and people standing around talking to one another.
In a premium establishment, you expect to feel welcomed, not tolerated. That single interaction cast a shadow over everything else.
Final Verdict
If you’re looking for a truly "luxe" experience, this isn't it. Between the underwhelming room decor, water stains, unfilled body wash and the hit-or-miss service, it just doesn't justify the cost. There are plenty of other spots in the city that offer better value and a much warmer atmosphere.
