Hotel a Hanover

“Room was clean. The staff was willing but I had trouble understanding their English. Breakfast was good but same entree every day (scrambled eggs and sausage). Parking was easy and well lit.”

“Cockroaches. Disgusting. It was our only option to stay at 1am after driving all day and we stayed to sleep for 4 hours but could barley do it as soon as we go into the hotel the front desk guy isn’t there and there’s a sign to call a number , we call it and then he comes out of a random room hair a mess like he just woke up . We get our keys quickly and head to our room, as soon as we open the door a moldy musty smell hits us in the face. We close the hotel door and there’s a massive cockroach...

“The heat/cool mechanism workedand was quiet. The room was clean, had new towels, shower was spotless clean. There was a faint odor if smoke from previous time occupant. It was not a string odor. ”

“The front desk staff was not very happy. We booked two rooms and had to go back twice since we were told that rooms were connected but they didn’t offer this type of room. Breakfast was the basic contentinal breakfast. It was very close to Kings Dominion which was nice. ”

“Bath room wasn't as clean as it should be for 218 a nite. The baseboards need to be cleaned . The handles on the drawers in bathroom are rusted . The light fixtures are rusted . The stuff was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. They hallways and stairwell could use a good cleaning the carpets need to be cleaned too . ”

“The room was clean, the staff was professional and courteous, the temperature in the room was comfortable and I was able to adjust to my desired comfort. Breakfast was available which included fresh apples.”
