Hotel a Hanover

“We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.”

“Great staff. Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and well accommodating. Definitely will stay again.”

“I liked everything about the room. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The coffee maker was top notch. I do have one suggestion about the breakfast though, Kindly add some turkey bacon or sausages (No pork) to the breakfast buffet. Other than that I have zero complaints. Thank you.”

“I booked two rooms for my extended family. The king suite where my husband and I stayed was perfect. Love the locking bedroom door in the king bedroom, spacious bathroom and large loving area with pull out couch for our son. The second room, a double queen, had some issues. The first night, the key did not work and the toilet barely flushed. We had her reprogram the keys and it worked. The next morning, the toilet did not work at all and the key once again wasn’t working. We choose this...

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Stains on the ceiling and walls. worn fabric on furniture, outdated colors, hard to locate. Felt 'dirty'. Questioned the clientele. Carpet stains and sandy feel. Called Expedia and checked out immediately.”

“My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...

“The property was dirty and smelly. The floors were stained and the place reeked of pot. The TV screen was very small. The bed was rock hard but clean. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer and when showering, the tub did not empty. The breakfast was 1 bagel, 0 coffee, 2 juices, 2 selections of cereal and waffle mix with 1 waffle maker. It was noisy, you can hear thru the walls. It's right next to an airport. We stayed but not sure why. Never again! I would never recommend this place.”
