“The room was filthy, the tub had 5 inches of standing water in it. I had to snake out a giant wad of hair from the tub drain. Door did not seem to lock properly, had to use chair to keep door and curtain closed. This was the 2nd room we tried, the first had no functioning ac and was so filthy, ceiling sagging. Dogs barking in the room next door. The entire hotel was horrible, dirty, rundown, had what appeared to be unhoused people or prostitutes hanging around, partying loudly in the corridors....

“Room was super clean, the check-in co-worker was very efficient and kind, and the area and hotel in general were quiet and comfortable. Was a nice surprise to have a free hot breakfast included. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“This is a classic motel with room doors on the outside and no elevator. The property was well taken care of. It all looked like it had been remodeled not too long ago and was kept clean. I thought the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. There was no parking the first night for some reason, but I was able to park at an adjoining property. “I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.”

“Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.”

“The room was recently renovated and it is very nice, the mattresses and pillows were excellent and so comfortable. The walk-in shower was awesome and plenty of hot water. The coffee is fresh ground - delicious. The staff were kind and friendly and check in was spot on. I stayed at a Hampton the night before and this was so much better. ”
