“It was hidden away and comfortable. There were no USB ports in the rooms and or lobby. Staff were very nice.”

“The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. ”

“The hotel was dirty and old, breakfast was cold, and the room was dusty. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional however. The surrounding area was also nice.”

“Not clean even a bag of trash was left in the room. Old equipment and rusty things. Not clean carpet floor. Bathtub old with stains. No elevator. Lack of enough bread for breakfast and hot water. People were drinking with bottles I sitting on stairs.”

“The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers.”

“Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night. No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great. Breakfast was decent. Only scrambled eggs and link sausage was hot.”

“The pros: central location, breakfast was full each morning and check in was quick. The cons: the hotel room entrance was not secure. It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel. “The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5...

“Is they made service cleaning does not clean the rooms properly I literally have to had to fight cockroaches to get my clothing off the counter. Hang your clothes up if you go here so the roaches don’t get to it. The least you can do is fumigation of your property and maintenance on your property. And clean the rooms and maybe have some bedsheets that aren’t stained and dirty.”

“The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

“Slept here for one night, just passing through. Got a good price, the room was clean, but the breakfast was the bare minimum. Need to improve that”
