“I liked everything about the room. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The coffee maker was top notch. I do have one suggestion about the breakfast though, Kindly add some turkey bacon or sausages (No pork) to the breakfast buffet. Other than that I have zero complaints. Thank you.”

“Property is becoming run down, and not cleaned or maintained well. I stayed in two different rooms over eight days, and visited friends in other rooms. In the first room there was mold in the refrigerator and around the shower. In the second room the shower curtain was mildewed, there was mold around the shower base, and a cockroach on my fourth day. “One night stay. Two years ago I spent 2 weeks in this hotel; loved it; everything great. This trip, 1 night only. Hotel occupancy was 25%; parking lot 25% filled, if that. Room given was right next to elevator; heard elevator weights moving with every vertical movement. Other guests heard in the hallway, one couple, no one else on that 2nd floor wing; heard no other voices that afternoon to midnight. “Don't drink the water. Otherwise a solid place to stay. There is a Bass Pro shop with a sit down restaurant inside right next to the hotel.”

I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...

“We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.”

“It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place”
