“The property overall was clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the rooms, along with a freezer slot in the fridge.”

“Where to start? Realized we had no shower curtain at 7:00 am. Reception was closed until 9:00. Tried calling on phone provided; message said there was no voicemail box so don’t bother. Hallways smelled absolutely horrible; elevator smelled like wet dog. Loud party across the hall at 2:00 am and paper thin doors/walls. Of course nobody around to stop it. Fire alarm went off and whole fire dept came because carpet cleaner set fire to hallway due to faulty wiring. Truly the bottom of the barrel....

“Clara at check in was amazing and so sweet, helpful and accommodating! I arrived late with a little one and her help was amazing and got us settled in quick and seamlessly. Big shout out to Clara and will definitely come back here!”

“Terrible smelling room that we were assigned when we checked in. Requested for a different room after few hours and we were moved. The rooms and the appliances and the fixtures all were barely clean and adequate. Except the location of the hotel (walking distance to the Henrico Center), not a great hotel to stay with family.”

“Slept here for one night, just passing through. Got a good price, the room was clean, but the breakfast was the bare minimum. Need to improve that”

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“The Sheets were stained and bathroom had hair in it and a left over hair pin. I asked for this to be corrected. Someone I believe maybe a manager came to my the room and looked over everything and apologized and said that he would have housekeeper take care of this. I came back to new stained sheets and a somewhat cleaner bathroom. I asked again for new sheets and got another set of stained brought to my room. I took these back and gave up…”

“Room was very clean! Beds and linens were great. Grounds were not taken care of. We stayed there because of the pictures of the tennis courts, shuffle board and putting green. None of that is operational or there any more for at least 10+ years. Great location where you can walk to Kings dominion. But trash everywhere outside and run down. Dog poop, dirty diapers, broken glass and trash.”
