“The room was clean but the property overall could have used a good cleaning. The room was very humid and the phone did not work. The room we were initially given had a broken refrigerator. The room we were moved to was next to the elevator and our neighbors were very loud. When I attempted to report the noise to the front desk I discovered the phone was not working. I had to walk downstairs at 11pm to report it. The front desk staff advised the phone would be fixed the next day, but it was never...
