Hotel vicino a Lavender Fields Herb Farm - Richmond

“Ottimo Hotel di transito.”

“On the fifth floor hot water is an option. Not very clean an a bit run down”

“I’ll be honest . Staff was great but room had such a strong bleach smell it was rough . Left windows and door open for a few hours and it helped”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Just stunning”

“Good”

“Rooms are always clean the people that work there are great people”

“The iron was broken, called the front desk and they got me a replacement right away. However, after returning to my room from an event (around 8:30pm) the rug was soaking wet. I called the front desk, was told I would get moved into a new room within 15 min. That did not happen as when I called back they did not have an open room that was the type I had booked. Finally around 10pm I was put in a proper room. The front desk receptionist did her best to help but as she could not get in contact...

“This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.”

“Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again.”

“Very clean, friendly staff. Could use a little touch up paint here and there. Beds were not very comfortable.”

“Big beautiful rooms and friendly helpful staff! Great location!”
