“My second stay here, no major updates, everything is peachy perfect. The room looked like everything was brand new. Staff courteous and made me feel welcome. ”

“The room was not clean, there was hair in the sink and flicks of toothpaste on the mirror. The bathroom tub/shower was so bad we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. The toilet paper roll had 8 squares of toilet paper on it and we had to put the new roll on ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was coming apart and there were dust bunnies in every corner. I was happy we only had to be there 9 hours!”

“Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades.”

“Staff were very nice and helpful. Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. ”

“It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you.”

“All was good except the elevators. Only one of 2 worked and I felt very uncomfortable riding it as it did not go to the correct floor and shook violently when stopping”

“We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms. “I booked my reservation through Expedia. And I chose book now, pay at property. The day of my check in the hotel tried to run my card information without my knowledge and consent. I made 3 reservations for myself and other in my party, and they tried to run my card for all 3 before we had even checked in. And because the payment would not go through they cancelled the reservation. When I got to the hotel, the staff member said it was their policy to run a card to see if payment would go process....
