Hotel vicino a Parco dei tre laghi - Richmond

“Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades.”

Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. ”

“My second stay here, no major updates, everything is peachy perfect. The room looked like everything was brand new. Staff courteous and made me feel welcome. ”

“During our stay, the staff asked our guest (a young adult visiting from out of town) for identification while my husband was away. Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it. The situation was concerning and left us feeling...

“Bath room wasn't as clean as it should be for 218 a nite. The baseboards need to be cleaned . The handles on the drawers in bathroom are rusted . The light fixtures are rusted . The stuff was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. They hallways and stairwell could use a good cleaning the carpets need to be cleaned too . ”
