After letting the staff know about a major leak in my bathroom, the desk clerk neglected to offer us a different room. Additionally, the clerk would not allow us the courtesy of checking out an hour later than the usual time (11:00).
After experiencing the problems we had,the desk clerk could have at least given us the courtesy of an extended check out (an hour).
The desk clerk told Expedia the we had made a scheduling error when in actuality the discrepancy occurred between Expedia and the Hampton. After contacting Expedia, they confirmed their records reflected the correct check in date.
Due to the above, I have changed my opinion of the hotel and would not recommend them to any of my associates.
