Hotel vicino a Ashland/Hanover - Richmond

“The room was warm despite the air conditioning being set at 65 It just blew air not cold air Breakfast was not great compared to other lower cost hotels. We will not stay there again Staff was congenial Room was clean”

“We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!”

“The place was disgusting, I did not get the room I ordered with one bed. He had to switch me to another one because of the system or something. The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property...

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

“Serious Electrical problems in the room. Appeared the staff may have known about it. When we tried to plug the bed lamp into the wall outlet it took out all the lights in the room and blew a circuit breaker ”

“Hotel is dirty, staircase going to upstairs to 2nd level and our hallway is dirty. It seriously need to be vacuumed. Our top layer bed sheets were dirty you can see the stain told the front desk and housekeeping came and change it for us. Our sofa looks dirty and worn out so we did not sit on it, bathroom is fine except the toilet area you can smell urine it seriously needs a deep clean. Our key cards keep locking us out of this our room. Turns out they cancel our reservation, never explained...
