“My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...

“Breakfast was good pretty good selection. The staff was not that friendly. There were some clothes left in the nightstand so gather what you will about cleanliness. The elevator was a little shaky. But there is only 3 floors so there is always the stairs. The bedspread had rips with the filling showing. ”

“The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt”

“The hotel room was discusting. The sheets and linens and towels were all stained. There were hairs left on top of towels. The breakfast turned out to be only coffee. That's not a breakfast. We got in late and were happy to leave as quickly as possible. We didn't even want to shower. There weren't any shampoos or other toiletries available in the room either. This is the place you should stay if you have to for the afforability of it, but not by choice.”

“This property was very unique experience. They outrighttly said that they dont have my booking. After showing them the confirmation from expedia, they still refused and said how can they book the property. We dont have such rooms and we dont make money with them. After being told that I am traveling with 4 kids and need a night stay, they offered 2 beds and asked for $50 with no extra blankets. Horrible experience and I am going to spread this word across.”

“AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

“Filthy!!!! Disgusting!!!!! They need new ownership and management at this location. The IGH brand is very much being negativity impacted. My husband said, this place seems like one of those hotels that you pay for by the hour. This place SUCKS Oh and on the hottest weekend in years the AC was broken in several rooms.”

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“Slept here for one night, just passing through. Got a good price, the room was clean, but the breakfast was the bare minimum. Need to improve that”

“They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!”

“This place is horrible, it’s nothing more than a truck rest stop. There is no lobby, no waiting area and no front desk to check in/out. The lobby is a truck rest stop store where you can buy truck parts, gas etc. false advertising. I cancelled my trip through Expedia while on site and I still didn’t get my money back because Expedia sent the property several emails and called multiple times and no one from the property answered the phone or emails. The rooms are old, dirty, bed linen is dirty,...
