Hotel vicino a Parco Meadow Event - Richmond

“We stopped here driving home from Florida to NY. We didn’t plan our stop ahead of time and decided to just drive until we were tired. The hotel was clean but very old, dated and dingy. There was a free breakfast that was average- waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, etc. The woman on staff at the breakfast center seemed annoyed we were there, we got there at 9am and were the only ones there, breakfast was served until 9:30, maybe she had already cleaned up thinking there wouldn’t be any more guests?...

“Awesome clean, quiet, inexpensive hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.”

“They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. ”

The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property...

“The room was warm despite the air conditioning being set at 65 It just blew air not cold air Breakfast was not great compared to other lower cost hotels. We will not stay there again Staff was congenial Room was clean”

“We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!”

“This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. Hotel is basically built for roaches. Seen so many and we have bug bites all over us. This is not ok and id like my money back or at least my credits back”

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”
