“Property was gorgeous and the staff were all very friendly. Bathroom was very luxurious and well room well appointed. Overall great stay, with one hiccup. Apparently when we checked in someone was supposed to ask if we wanted a down or down-free room. Unfortunately, they dis not. When we finally were exhausted, in our PJs and ready for sleep, I layed down to an extremely comfortable bed. It was fantastic, until my allergies kicked in soon after. I asked if the pillows were feather and they...

“Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro.”
