“We had a great familyVacation at this property. There was so much to do and everyone was very friendly in the campground. We plan on making this a yearly family vacation.”

“The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. ”

“Had an enjoyable 4 night stay in this camper with my son. Great communication with property manager who was quick to respond to all of our questions. There are pillows but no sheets, blankets or towels provided. Check-in procedure could be more clearly explained as well as the process for gate access. But overall great place. Will definitely come back. ”

“Loved the yurt and all of the fun activities- perfect for my teenage boys. Driving was a bit tricky in a minivan. Would love to return but it is pricey for the area.”

“It was very clean. The decor was modern and decorated very nice. The amenities were above and beyond!!! The kitchen and every room were thoughtfully stocked.The host was excellent with communication. We would stay there again!!!”

“The air stream was such a fun and unique place to stay while visiting Shenandoah. All the ground facilities were great and location was awesome.”

“This property is gorgeous! Lovely views, deck, hot tub, open spacious living area, great wood stove. Very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make sure to read the fine print-the third king bedroom doesn’t have walls, just a moveable screen. Not an issue for our group but could be for some. Also the coffee is espresso shot pods, so bring your own coffee pot if that isn’t your thing b”

“I am a full time Mom of a disabled child. He had surgery 3 weeks ago, so I have been 24/7 caring for him as he heals. I had 24 hours to getaway and have always wanted to stay in a yurt. This popped up and was available last minute and was only 1.5 hours from my house. Upon my arrival, I contacted the property manager Josh as I didn’t get the arrival instructions from VRBO. “Overall, the stay was enjoyable! The Hobbit House is very unique and quite cozy. It is close to a few different lovely wineries and not too far from some hiking trails. The bed in the house was VERY comfortable. Also, the stray cats and dogs that visited around the house were cute and an unexpected treat. The house is somewhat in the woods so there were some harmless critters that visited as well. I would definitely stay here again!”
