“What a lovely stay! My husband booked this spot for a two night getaway for my 40th so I could have a nice break from toddlering. I didn’t meet the host but I’m sure she’s great. I did meet the dogs, also great. In terms of the amenities, the kitchen was stocked with tons of little thoughtful items ie: popcorn, wine, filtered water, soups etc… The bathroom was also stocked with everything you need, even lotion (rare). The view was beautiful to wake up to and I can’t recommend this space enough...

“The listing indicated pets were welcome and we were able to bring our 13 year old dog, who loves traveling with my husband and I. There was some initial confusion after we booked the Schoolhouse, saying pets are prohibited. Through contact with the host, it was cleared up pretty quickly. All in all, the place was comfortable and we had what we needed to cook a couple of meals. I loved the area and enjoyed walking our dog on the state-maintained back roads. We would have liked to take advantage...
