“Parking was convenient. I didn’t get up in time for the breakfast. ”

“We enjoyed having a large room with a sofa but found numerous dog hairs and human hair in towels and carpet. My grandson is allergic to certain dogs and he coughed the entire 3 days.”

“Property was pet friendly, housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am trying to rush us out of the room when checkout wasn't until 11am, the room was pretty clean and there was bottle of water in there for us as well. ”

“This was my 2nd time staying at Springhill Suites. My 1st visit was lovely and that's why I came back; however, this time around although the hotel itself for the most part was fine the lady at the front desk this weekend was horrible and rude to us. I don't know if she treats others that way but that was my experience. Also, every time I was leaving in the morning there was a bunch of trash sitting by the elevator. I don't know if that was the guest putting it there or housekeeping waiting...

Overall everything seemed properly attended to and well-managed by the staff. The attached Mexican restaurant was also fantastic, providing a super convenient spot on property to have dinner. This Ramada is an example of how a hotel should be run. ”
