Hotel a Casanova

“Everything was clean and very presentable. The only thing was the people in the room above ours walked very loudly and it woke us up a few times. There was also a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings which made sleeping in difficult.”

“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon. “Staff was AWESOME. It smelled and appeared clean from.check in to room. The room itself needed help. The ac/heating unit had cracks, the telephone was very dated missing parts and kinda scary to touch it looked loike it had food or something dried into the cracks of it, gross. There were also some obvious reairs that had neen made to the walls and caulking around the doors that looked less than professional. I saw no obvious signs of anything negative or unhealthy aside from the above. Staff...
