“Pros: 1. Excellent breakfast with variety 2. Atmosphere feels welcoming Cons: 1. Poor cleaning, sofa and desk chair with visible stains. 2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure. 3. The fan was so loud, even by shutting it off, and it was still constantly blowing. ”

“Cockroaches. Disgusting. It was our only option to stay at 1am after driving all day and we stayed to sleep for 4 hours but could barley do it as soon as we go into the hotel the front desk guy isn’t there and there’s a sign to call a number , we call it and then he comes out of a random room hair a mess like he just woke up . We get our keys quickly and head to our room, as soon as we open the door a moldy musty smell hits us in the face. We close the hotel door and there’s a massive cockroach...

“Yes, full kitchen. Room was clean. The building has a smell and your hear the traffic on I95 like your window is open. ”

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

“No good restaurants near by. Very noisy inside . Train goes by and is also noisy. ”

“Room was clean. The staff was willing but I had trouble understanding their English. Breakfast was good but same entree every day (scrambled eggs and sausage). Parking was easy and well lit.”

“Very disappointing stay. Strong marijuana smell in the hallways 24/7. Room had multiple issues: sink wouldn’t drain (almost overflowed just washing my face), and the closet smelled like urine. Elevators were extremely slow, and WiFi was unusable—I had to rely on my phone hotspot. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest experience. It’s sad because you can tell at one time, the property was probably gorgeous!”

“Good hotel for overnight stay at Kings Dominion. Room in good shape. Shower drain was very slow, but good hot water. Slept well and hit the road next day, served its purpose.”
