Motel in Virginia

“I was apprehensive when I first started my stay at The Virginia Lodge. The marquis sign is missing light bulbs that reminds one of "missing teeth." Weeds grow from cracks in the parking lot and the base of buildings. My room needed a paint job as do the buildings outside. But as my stay progressed, I was impressed with the amenities provided. There is a microwave, refrigerator, cable TV and WIFI (though I did not use its WIFI). It's a pretty good value for the $62-69 per night stay that Expedia...

“Internet needs some improvements and it’s very slow ”

“The Econo Lodge is exceptionally convenient to I-581 and the Berglund Center which is directly across the road. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. They offer a continental breakfast but this property is a no-frills type of accommodation. Still, the location, price point, and convenience make it a great choice when in the downtown Roanoke area. Will certainly stay again.”

“Bathroom not clean. Breakfast adequate. Had to ask for tea bags at front desk. Water for tea lukewarm at best.”

“We travel to Williamsburg usually once a month. As long as there are rooms available we stay at the Patriots Inn. Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean.”
