“This was my first stay at this location and when I tell you how amazing this place is. I was greeted by such a nice man (Bryan) upon my arrival, he was just so courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I didnt get the other 2 staff members name, but they both were equally nice. Now, this was the cherry on top for me and that was the Breakfast Bowl prepared by the kitchen staff. “This hotel appeared to be fairly new with a lot of modernized amenities. Check-in was smooth and the hotel staff were professional. Will definitely stay again when costing Richmond, even if it for 1 day.”
