“Clean rooms, nice pool and friendly staff.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.”

“The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.”

“Our room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was superb. Hot breakfast was very good. Hot coffee, tea, and fresh fruits are plus and were always filled up quickly. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Peacon! He was helping us with great joy and big smiles. Parking was easy and free for us as Hyatt members. We’ll stay here again when we are in Richmond.”

“Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.”

“Everything was OK but the smell of smoke in the room. I'm not a smoker and may be I did a mistake in the reservation, it was too late and I was too tired to ask for a change, but at the end the smell was too strong.”

“Hilton was the best hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist you in anyway possible. The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . “First off, I arrived at the hotel I was booked for, only to find out my reservations were move to another hotel because they overbook me. I arrive at the sister hotel, they had two rooms for me to choose from, room 222 and 214. After several attempts, I could not get access to room 214 so I proceeded to room 222 and this room was a mess, the bathroom had a huge patch of black mold above the shower, the lights did not work and it wreak of cigarette smoke, the room was clearly under construction...
