I already contacted Marriott directly.
We arrived at 7:00 pm and checked in. We were issued our room and 2 keys. We walked to the room and found that our key cards did not open the locks. We returned to the front desk and apprised the front desk staff. She was very professional.
We were apprised that all the locks were systematically re-keyed that day and numerous customers had the same issue.
The front desk attempted to overide our door key with a master programmer. No success.
An hour later, we were issued a new room.
Numerous patrons filled the lobby with the same issue.
The following morning, my key did not work at the cardio center. The front desk exclaimed same issue. Many patrons found not enter.
Across all this confusion, we were offered waters. It now appears that we have been billed for the waters.
