“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

“The breakfast was good but the cleanliness was terrible. We stayed in room 414 and found bed bugs all over the mattress. We told the front desk and they said they couldn’t give us a refund or nothing. They didn’t care and didn’t do anything to compensate us. We all came o it bit from the bed bugs & now have to deal with that. Do not stay here, it’s very nasty. ”

“Our room was very spacious and for the most part clean. The hotel could use a few updates to the cabinets and furnishings. However, it was okay considering the price. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was mediocre. ”

“Easy parking and access to the hotel. Recommend encouraging the staff to say a simple hello or good morning. It would reflect well on customer service. It is apparent that the hotel is under new management or there is a new general manager who has a focus on customer service.”
