“The Manager was rude, disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. Very few amenities. You have to do an additional purchase for several amenities that would normally be in a hotel room. We checked out ”

“The staff was so friendly especially the lady at the front desk when we checked out dry early at 3:00am, she even had coffee ready for us to take to go. ”

“I would have given five stars but I got charged $5 for self parking. At a Hampton inn. In Virginia. That's why you get two stars. My wife wanted to give one star. I guess I'm the generous one in the family. Nice room. Nice breakfast. Penny pinching owners.”

“Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better.”

“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

“Our room was very spacious and for the most part clean. The hotel could use a few updates to the cabinets and furnishings. However, it was okay considering the price. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was mediocre. ”
