“Absolutely a wonderful property. Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay. ”

“The staff were great, especially the friendly man who maintains the great breakfast area. However, we did have some issues. Some outlets in the room didn’t work, the TV system was confusing to use, the hairdryer was melted, not enough towels, no shampoo. All in all, the stay had minor issues and the staff was welcoming and great.”

“The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.”

“Our breakfast server Corey was excellent very friendly had a lot of patience with the amount of people that go through the dining area especially my grandson and granddaughter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating would definitely stay there again if in the area. All in all a great experience.”

“Clean room”

“The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot.”

“while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.”

“Interesting hotel with surprising underground tunnel system!”

“I liked the heated pool and hot tub. I did initially like the jet tub in the master bath but it was very dirty upon turning it on. I liked how massive the master bathroom was though and the overall look of the apartment was beautiful. I did not like the 6am trash pick up beside my window on a Saturday though. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.”

“We only stayed one night but the staff was super helpful, curtious and accommodating. One issue, they never responded to my text message asking about the airport shuttle. I sent the inquiry weeks before our visit and even sent a follow up a day or so before our visit - no response. Other than that we had zero issues with the hotel and its staff. We'd certainly stay there again.”

“I LOVE IT BREAKFAST WAS GOOG STUFF WAS GOOD JUST LOVE THE CLEANING”

“No shampoo conditioner or liquid soap. Dispensers there all 3 empty and 1 bar soap on sink was only item. No time to call front desk ask needed to catch flight.”

“Everything is great about this property the staff the restaurant located in the hotel. The ease of parking the location being close to the highway and where I need to go daily. The cost and the best part is always the staff”

“On the fifth floor hot water is an option. Not very clean an a bit run down”
