“The grounds are kept very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from check in to the housekeeping! The pool area was beautiful. We enjoyed renting dvds and the kitchen area was well stocked. I do advise to bring your own throw blankets so when your lounging on the couch you can be a bit more comfortable, but other then that it was close to everything! ”

“We had a non-smoking room, there was an interleading door to what was a smoking room so everytime the smoked in that room smoke came into our room around the door. We also saw cockroaches inside the room and in the common areas.”

“Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly...
