“We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. “The room was clean!! The staff was great.. Super close to Ft Lee”

“Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”
