“Great location. Within 6-10 minutes from Walmart, Target, and many local restaurants and fast food places. The only down-side was that the hotel rooms are much smaller than pictured. The fridge is within two steps from the bed and the entrance is pretty narrow when having to bring suitcases in due to the entry way being in such close proximity to the “kitchen”. “We come to the area 3 times a year for a hockey tournament and this was the first at Tru. The parking was super convenient and always had available spots and was well lit. The room was very small which could be expected. The water pressure was very low so it was difficult to take a quick shower due to that. “The price and location is what drew me to this hotel. The common areas seemed very clean and well kept and it has decent amenities including free breakfast. The only thing it was missing was an airport shuttle. However, I didn’t actually get to stay in this hotel. I arrived after midnight after an extremely long day of travel and the only room they had left had what appeared to be some sort of cleaning material all over the carpet in the room smelled like wet dog and vomit.
