“The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating us to have atleast one of our rooms ready for early check in as we had a wedding to prepare for. The rooms smelt like either BO or dirty mop water. They were clean but the smell was bad. We had to spray Lysol and air freshener to help. It seemed to be coming from the vents or the floors.”

“We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered””

“Spark by Hilton was perfectly suited for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the basics needed for an overnight were supplied. The room lacked a personal coffee pot which required an early morning trip to the lobby, but for the money I spent, I was pleased.”

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”

“This hotel was the worst I have ever been to. The toilet was sticky and there were brown smudges on the bathroom walls. The AC unit leaked a 10 foot stream of water across the floor overnight, soaking our clothing. The staff didnt care when informed, simply stating we would need to get a refund from Expedia, not them. It was disgusting in every way possible.”
