Hotel a Churchville

“Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.”

“When I checked in, I was told the room was behind the office. I got my luggage out and went on the sidewalk behind the office. There were no rooms there. I went back to the office. I was told behind her meant across the lot and on the other side of the pool. I re-loaded my luggage into the car and drove to the other side. Luggage had to be dragged up stairs as there was no ramp. Nasty bathtub. Drain stoppers had been removed from the sink and bathtub. Good luck if you drop your...

“This is a new hotel. It is not complete and should not be receivingt Guests. They could not ever find my Expedia reservation that I had paid in full and they charged me for my lodging advising me to contact Expedia for a refund of the amount I had paid to Expedia.”

“We were only there for about 6 hours to grab some sleep before continuing on our road trip. While the person who checked us in was wonderful, our room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, particularly the bathroom. However, the beds were comfortable and the price was fair.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was clean and quiet even though it was conveniently located near an interstate. Would recommend this hotel.”

“Room was clean. Loved the small couch. Loved the P. Buckley Moss prints on the wall. Appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator. Appreciated being able to park right in front of room.”

“Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again.”

“Overall, the rooms were well maintained and appeared to have been recently renovated in a quality manner. Parking was easy and the room smelled and looked very clean. I also appreciated the hotel giving me a call to verify my reservation before arrival. I did note it was pet friendly as well but no pet with us on this visit. In summary, I was pleasantly surprised & have paid a lot more to stay at a place that was not as nice as this location.”

“The breakfast menu was a little lackibg based on other stays at Hamilton Inn over the past years. ”

“Though the breakfast offerings were a little light, the property and rooms were spotless. The clerk was both efficient and friendly. We were traveling on motorcycles and a storm was expected in the area that night. He offered us a sheltered parking area to keep our bikes out of the weather. Dunkin' nearby as well.”

“Beautiful, clean, plenty of places to drop your bags. Very limited options to accommodate dairy intolerance (typical of entire area not just this hotel)”
