“I had a pleasant two-night stay at Hyatt Studios Harrisonburg. Since the hotel is newly built, everything feels modern, and the room was very clean. I also liked having a kitchenette, which is convenient for longer stays. The location is another plus. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Harrisonburg, making it a great base for exploring the area or visiting Shenandoah National Park. “One of the nicest hotels I have been to in a while. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, and super friendly staff.”

“The place was nice and clean. The property was well kept and everything seemed new and clean. The only questionable thing was the elevator. It made some weird noises and bumps going up. Also, breakfast could have had a little more variety.”

“Need more outlets near bed. More storage in bathroom for toiletries needed. We were located on 1st floor & heard lot of noises from ceiling & walls including whole conversations & intimate activities from next door guests. Have stayed in more quiet hotels. Cleanliness, room size & storage & staff were really good. Housekeeping did good job all 3 nights of our stay.”

“We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered””

“Hair on the back of th tub, toilet seat loose/broken causing it to slide sideways with sitting on it. I only stayed one night and didn't see thbhair until the morning when I showered. When I told the morning front desk staff Jessica her only response was "I will amke sure I let someone know about it. No apology or any offer to discount stay. Very disappointed with my stay.”

“The staff were fantastic! However the room was not very clean, holes in the walls, looked like someone burnt a hole in the floor, and smelt horrible! That being said, it was cheap and I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.”

“The food was wonderfully delicious. Home style cooking is just what I needed after a long drive. I arrived early and had been driving since 3am. They were able to get me into a room early, which was cool, clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby.”
