Hotel vicino a Factory Antique Mall - Verona

“Great”

“The room was nicely updated. A bit small but still comfortable. The shower was a bit awkward because it was a small room but the water was nice and hot so that made up for it. The breakfast area was clean, stocked, and inviting. The selection of food was good, something for everyone.”

“Hotel was really OK !!”

“Very nice-staff helpful and nice as well. Good continental breakfast-only issue is turning on the shower -the door makes it impossible to not get wet. Poor design.”

“The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!”

“Stayed 3 nights. Room was dusty, carpet not vacuumed, bathroom floor dirty, and sheets very thin. Coffee maker was dusty; after running plain water through it, the water came out black. On day 2, we came back to room that was never cleaned, the bed wasn’t even made, but we only got fresh towels. Front desk said we hadn’t requested cleaning, though there were no notices or forms saying cleaning was optional. Staff offered to move us to another room that night, but said we would also have to move...

“Beautiful unique hotel in a cute village. Highly recommend. We will def stay here again.”

“Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly.”

“Very clean, next to a wonderful little restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. Bed and shower was FANTASTIC!”

“Room was clean and comfortable.”

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”
