“We had a room on the second floor although the hotel has a luggage cart they had no elevator to bring up the luggage so we had to carry luggage up for a weeks stay.”

“Very disappointed with the whole thing. The room was small. The so called "breakfast" was a joke. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. This is set up to be for someone who just is traveling through and not for a family trying to enjoy their trip.”

“Wiped out after being in the hospital all day, the staff was great at making check out fast, convenient and coffee in the lobby was perfect! Room was everything we wanted, clean, spacious and the bed was heaven. Breakfast leaves nothing to want. Huge selection and the kitchen staff kept it clean and full the entire time.”

“Bathroom was filthy and toilet was not working. The facility is in poor condition. The breakfast was good though. I'd think twice about staying at a Baymont again.”

“Room was clean, but the temperature in 314 would not get the room as cold as we like it. Check-in process should move faster and a greeting goes a long way. We travel between NY and FL and we have literally stayed at this location 26 times in the last 2 years. The hotel is newer and clean. It depends who you get for the check in and out process. This hotel is filled with contractors and transient guests that expect hot coffee and breakfast. The last 3 stays have failed on providing either all...

“It's a beautiful space. The host was super helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The location is great. We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family.”
