“Check in staff was amazing! There is not a lot to do around the hotel within walking distance and definitely no where to eat for a family, however, easy to drive to many places.
The room was huge and spacious

“We had great service through our stay. 1st we got there late forgetting to check in but the staff there took care of everything for us and we ask for pack and play for our little one and he went across the street to go get one and bring it up to our room. We enjoy everything and will come back. ”

Easy to find the hotel. Clean rooms. Everything worked well. It was relatively quiet (on our second night, we could hear water running in the room above us for about 30 minutes).”

“Great new hotel in the Seaport area. Beautiful lobby space with sea view from the huge windows in the breakfast area. Staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms are huge, bright and have all the amenities: if you're missing something (toothpaste, cotton buds, etc.) the prepared staff is there to help. Highly recommended!”

On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…"
