“My wife and I were very pleased with the apartment. It was the perfect size/fit for us, small but very well designed with a well equipped kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, etc.). The bed was comfortable and, most of all, the apartment was very clean. And the location is perfect for taking the subway and easily reaching important tourist areas (wharf, USS Constitution, Liberty Trail, etc.). We highly recommend that you consider staying at this apartment.”

“We came to visit Boston coming from Texas and this location was absolutely amazing! Very beautiful view of the ocean everyday, and not too far away from the city life. Elise was amazing with making sure our stay was amazing and was easily available for any questions we may have. Hopefully will come back to Boston someday! ”

It took us a little bit to get the trains into Boston figured out but we expected some of that based on the location. We felt safe traveling back and forth and would definitely recommend it.”

“Property is very clean and as described by the host. The area is not close enough to downtown so we were not able to walk unfortunately. We didn’t explore the neighborhood for food or entertainment options but the people we did see in the neighborhood were friendly. We were able to park in the driveway which was a nice perk. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Seaside Cottage. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. Robert was very accommodating; he provided us with a list of places to visit and local eateries. He was available to answer any questions we had and if he was out his wife was there if we had needed her. The place was clean and stocked with both bathing items and kitchen items like coffee, tea and creamers. It was a great neighborhood to walk around and see all the unique houses and...
