“Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. “The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms.
