“There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. There’s no elevators and only one entrance to the building and my room was on the second floor on the opposite end from where you enter the building. It took forever to...

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

The room was clean the second time. The price was affordable and the women who was working when I checked out was very nice to deal with. ”

They provided a free shuttle to and from lahey hospital also a free shuttle to drop you at neighbouring shopping areas and picked you up. The room was very clean and smelt fresh! It was convenient to have the buffet breakfast; that was included in the price. The front desk wound arrange a driver to take you to the airport if you required.”
