“Have stayed at this location several times. Love it, EXCEPT the floors/carpets in the rooms really need a good cleaning (not just a vacuuming) ! I thought it was just the first room we stayed in about a year ago, but have been in 2 others rooms since and have experienced the same carpet dirt in each room. There is no odor or noticeable stains, just dirty carpets. Our socks were filthy from walking on the carpet. Not exaggerating. All others areas of the room were clean, well maintained....

“Room was awful. Very dirty and mold everywhere. Pot smokers outside our room was terrible. There was quite a gap in the door, so we smelled it all night. We won't ever go back there again. ”

“This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet.”

“All good but the gym. Gym does not open until 7am. Could honestly prevent me from staying there again. I wake up and exercise early. Silly rule!!!”

“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Never rent directly from this hotel - You will pay a minimum $60 more than if you went through a third party app. Expect to be warm during your stay unless it's the middle of summer, as the hotel pretends their air conditioning units are "out of order." I stayed in two separate rooms on consecutive nights, and both cooling units had the same "out of order sign." It's a lie. Also, the room had a dysfunctional security lock on the door, to which housekeeping claimed that the latch lock was all...
